SHIPPING POLICY

 

We don’t keep stock because we want to avoid mass production. All our jewelry is made to order. The delivery including production time is usually 2-3 weeks (some pieces can take longer). Any longer delivery time will be notified by email immediately after your order has been handled.

All orders are safely shipped with Postnord.​

RETURNS

 

Because we work made-to-order we do not accept returns. Only in exceptional circumstances. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To request a return you can contact us at contact@izabanas.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.​
